How do I delete my account?

Open Brogress, then tap Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm when prompted. Your account, chat history, goals, missions, achievements, and knowledge graph are permanently erased within 24 hours. Your Apple sign-in token is also revoked.

If you can’t access the app, email hello@brogress.app from the address linked to your account and we’ll process the deletion manually.

How do I delete my data?

Account deletion erases all your data — there’s no separate “delete data” toggle. See the step above. For details on what we store and where, see the Privacy Policy.

How does the voice debrief work?

You speak into the app for around 60 seconds about your day. Audio is transcribed on your device using Apple’s on-device Speech framework — the audio itself never leaves your phone. Only the resulting text transcript is sent to your coach.

What does my coach see?

Your coach has access to: messages you send it, missions and goals you set, achievements you’ve unlocked, your six-pillar scores, and a private memory it builds about you to maintain continuity between sessions. It does not access your email, contacts, photos, calendar, location, health data, or any other app on your phone.

I’m being charged but didn’t mean to subscribe

All Brogress subscriptions are managed by Apple via the App Store. To cancel, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Brogress, and cancel from there. Refund requests must go through reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple, not us, processes refunds.

I found a bug or have a feature request

Email hello@brogress.app with a short description and a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Bug reports with reproduction steps get fixed fastest.

I can’t sign in

Brogress uses Sign in with Apple. If you’re stuck on the welcome screen, try: (1) confirm you’re signed into iCloud on your device, (2) restart the app, (3) restart your phone. If the problem persists, email us with a screenshot of the error and we’ll dig in.
